In the early 1980s new business manufacturing strategies were discovered by the European business tycoons, it helped them to reduce the costs and compete in international markets. A huge capital was invested for implementing these strategies like, just in time production, lean manufacturing, total quality management etc. A recent investigation has revealed that many manufacturers have successfully reduces substantial part of their cost using these costs. CRM employed by TESCO is one of international standards and extremely appreciated by the customers. TESCO started its customer relationship management system in 1995 by introducing ‘Club Card’.
