When can I expect to download the work on the day it is due?

Typically, we deliver work to our clients between 7 pm and 9 pm (UK Time). In some cases, we may release the work a little later if our Quality Team feel it needs some alterations. If this is the case, the deadline for release of the work may become midnight. On some occasions, the writer may complete the work slightly earlier than agreed.

If this occurs, we will notify you and release the work early. However, please don’t rely on this. Ultimately, the guarantee is that we will deliver the work within the number of days you order once we start the work. If you wish to download the work, please know that we cannot guarantee an early delivery of the work.

The Full Payment Factor and Downloading the Work

Please bear in mind, we cannot release any work until receipt of full payment. This is because all work requires a manual release. Therefore, if you make a payment outside of our office hours, we wouldn’t be able to release the work until the following morning. Our office hours are 9 am-9 pm during the week and 10 am-6 pm on the weekend.
